Below are many aspects of your life encompassed in ten pillars. Take each pillar and ask yourself, "How fulfilled as I with this pillar?" In the space beside each pillar, assigh yourself a a score where "0" is no fulfillment and "10" is completely satisfied/fulfilled. Entering a "10" does not mean that there is no room for improvement, just that for the moment you are experiencing complete satisfaction. You can split a section like Home/Office Environment into two components entering a "7" for Office and "2" for Home as an example.
